Change password. Had to login. Signed up for multi factor. Had to login yet again (even though I had logged in and cleared the code). Only to get in to find I can’t message anyone and am forced to call. What bank eliminates the message service? ### 5/5 — Bill Pay & Transfer *2026-01-28, version 25.2.30* I love the Bill Pay and “Funds Transfer” feature! ### 1/5 — DOES NOT WORK! USE ANOTHER BANK! *2025-06-01, version 24.2.60* I keep getting locked out of this app. It was once a couple months but now it is every day. I was locked out literally two seconds after they unlocked it. I love how I was getting no fraud alerts but was being locked out of my account so I get on here to see what is going on and I have NO ACCESS! Then I have to wait two days for them to open so I can get them to unlock my account. I am getting a new bank because this app is nonfunctional. They don’t care or try to solve the issue. It is this app as I can get on my pc and all works good there. ### 1/5 — It is good when it works *2024-10-28* The bank can’t tell me why I keep getting locked out of this app. I have to go up to the bank and they can just get me back in but it always happens when they are closed and I have NO ONLINE BANKING until I can go up there. Who knows what is going on with my money. This happens about once a month. This app is near worthless! This used to be the best place on planet to do business with… very disappointing!! ### 3/5 — Mobile Deposits *2024-03-08, version 23.1.73* Takes way too long for E-Deposits, my other credit union usually deposits same day. Here it takes 3-5 business days, not the 2 it claims. That’s my only complaint, but it feels a little concerning. ### 1/5 — Unable to connect *2023-10-22* I have to go to the bank at least once a month to get them to reset my password so I can use online banking. I work second shift so if I want to use online banking I have to literally loose sleep to go to the bank to fix the issue. They fix the issue in just a few minutes but it should not happen this often. They do not know why this is happening. ### 2/5 — App Crashing *2022-09-30, version 22.1.50* Got the new iPhone 14 and updated to OS 16 but now the app crashes every time I try to launch it.
