Change password. Had to login. Signed up for multi factor. Had to login yet again (even though I had logged in and cleared the code). Only to get in to find I can’t message anyone and am forced to call. What bank eliminates the message service? ### 1/5 — DOES NOT WORK! USE ANOTHER BANK! *2025-06-01, version 24.2.60* I keep getting locked out of this app. It was once a couple months but now it is every day. I was locked out literally two seconds after they unlocked it. I love how I was getting no fraud alerts but was being locked out of my account so I get on here to see what is going on and I have NO ACCESS! Then I have to wait two days for them to open so I can get them to unlock my account. I am getting a new bank because this app is nonfunctional. They don’t care or try to solve the issue. It is this app as I can get on my pc and all works good there. ### 1/5 — It is good when it works *2024-10-28* The bank can’t tell me why I keep getting locked out of this app. I have to go up to the bank and they can just get me back in but it always happens when they are closed and I have NO ONLINE BANKING until I can go up there. Who knows what is going on with my money. This happens about once a month. This app is near worthless! This app is so bad I am looking for a bank that has 24/7 online banking. ### 1/5 — Unable to connect *2023-10-22* I have to go to the bank at least once a month to get them to reset my password so I can use online banking. I work second shift so if I want to use online banking I have to literally loose sleep to go to the bank to fix the issue. They fix the issue in just a few minutes but it should not happen this often.
