And would be really cool if you could set a schedule and it notify you when you are due or soon to be due. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2022-09-22, version 28.0.0* Worked fine then suddenly I am unable to login. I’ve changed my password multiple times. Removed the app and reloaded it. No fix and no one to help. Very frustrating since I can’t scan my app to get my shot. I cannot log in. This was one of the main benefits to this practice. There was a quick app with access to everything, especially the log in for shots. There are so many businesses that have scan cards, but most have converted to apps so you don't have to carry a physical card. Please fix this. It has been broken for months and no one at the local office knows what to do. Some error occurred. Please try again later.) and won’t allow logins. All my other apps work, except this one app. Can someone take a look at the issue to help resolve? Thanks ! 🙂 ### 4/5 — Very Usefull *2019-11-20, version 20.1.0* I love this app! Not only does it provide me with my shot scan code, but I have access to my bills and doctors appointments! Now, my shot history is gone, and I can’t keep track of when I had my last allergy shot. Nothing beneficial from downloading and seeing if this app is related to the family allergy and asthma app.. They took away the ability to check-in for shots which is frustrating but even more so, it doesn’t show a barcode to scan. Both features the old app had even though it didn’t retain your login and didn’t have Face ID. They need to get this remedied asap. Until then it’s basically only a reference for shot history. Easier to make a phone call. And I can’t imagine how frustrating this is for the shot nurses to manually check-in all of us who depended on the app and don’t carry a little card to scan. ### 2/5 — Requires login with each use *2025-03-25, version 38.1.0* Every time I use the app for the barcode I have to enter my id and password. The iOS password app doesn’t remember which account to use so I have to search every time.
