The content is exciting! It provides wonderful, educational lessons in science and history and priceless knowledge in building strong foundations to defend our Biblical worldview. The app is so frustrating. It does not pick up where you left off, if I need to pause and switch to another app to look at something, it will need to be restarted AND I need to find the episode and position we were at… each time! Even moments apart. It is so frustrating that I ended up purchasing the CD’s but went back to the app for the convenience of having it on the go. Still, EVERY time I use the app I get so frustrated. It’s informative and entertaining, however one complaint I have is how the app just isn’t great. You should be able to download more episodes, it needs to be more intuitive (when you click an album it starts playing the first episode), and it should save what episode you were listening to better (sometimes restarts it). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Will not let you stop subscription! *2024-07-13, version 1.3.6* Do not subscribe to unlimited! I subscribed to unlimited 2 years ago. My kids loved listening the story and it had a great message although predictable and a bit corny. The problem is I tried to stop the subscription 3 time in the the last year and they will not respond to my emails. The manage account option is broken because it logs out and will not allow me access everytime I select it. It is ridiculous how unashamedly they are charging me every month despite my many attempts to unsubscribe and contact them. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE or you will be trapped forever. I have paid $10/mon for the last year against my consent 😡 ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2022-01-24, version 1.3.5* I had no clue you have to have a membership, I have to clue how or where to get one. I paid and created an account but it doesn’t recognize my email and when I use forgot password it says that email doesn’t exist. However my conformation email went to that email address so I know it works. I’ve tried logging in on the app and the website to no avail. ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2020-08-14, version 1.3.5* If you don’t finish an episode, the app does not pick up where you left off. It does not allow you to scrub to where you were on the episode. You can only start each episode at the beginning and sometimes it takes you back to the first episode of the miniseries. The stories are great, but you can’t enjoy them with this app. ### 1/5 — Love the series BUT *2018-11-06, version 1.3.0* Love Jonathan parks but when we didnt listen to it like i thought theirs no way to manage or cancel the subscription. It runs you in loops of logging in and what you paid for. Emailed customer support and they just told me to uninstall and reinstall the app where it sends you to the website, i may have to take it up with the bank to stop them since they wont stop it ### 2/5 — Please, release the new episode!!🥹🥹 *2025-10-16, version 1.3.7* Hello, 👋🏻 so I've had this app for a couple months. I'm almost done listening to all of the episodes and I really want a new album or even just episode to be released. Please please please I'm begging you with all my money please release you said: "Plus, get notified when a new album is available! New albums are released every month!" and that's what you said that was your word you said that so if you said that don't you think you need to your word? I mean all due respect you promise you said that you were going to do that and if you're a Christian company who follows the Bible, you should do that all of us have been waiting and waiting for a new album and I love it so much so please sometime soon within the next month or year or two please release a new episode or album because you said you would please please please I love Jonathan Park so much. This is so important to me so if you said you were going to do it then don't you think you should do it? With love, buttercup princess 👑 ### 2/5 — Crashes *2024-10-16, version 1.3.7* The app is not great, it frequently crashes and does not pick up where u left off when you receive phone calls etc etc. I do like the show and think they have a great thing going but the app needs work. ### 2/5 — Love the content, but app is klunky *2021-07-18, version 1.3.5* My kids and I love the content - we play it in the car and they can’t wait to listen to it whenever we go somewhere. However, navigating in the app is kludgy and forces me to have to remember what album we are in. To make matters worse, the app almost always forgets where we left off - when we open it, it will prompt to resume where we left off, but it generally just goes back to the beginning of the episode for some reason. Would love for an option for just an ordered list of all the episodes with indicators of what we’ve already played so we don’t have to play “memory”… you know, like any good podcast-type app does. I don’t know why there needs to be an emphasis on the collection / album anyway, like it’s still being delivered via CD. Sure, have that as an option, if someone wants it, but I think an ordered episode list would be so much better. I’ll keep using it because we like the content, but it’s often a bit of a frustrating experience, sadly. ### 2/5 — Poor app *2018-09-28, version 1.3.0* We liked the audio, but we were not able to use the app since late July early August. And it seems no way to cancel it on their website. So we are been billed for nothing. Please cancel my subscription and give a refund. It also shows how Godly people should act which is very important!! I do wish that they would come out with more updates and albums more often, but it’s fun to re-listen, too!!
