## What is Family by Your Side?

家族がそばに helps you stay informed about your parents, even when you live apart.

You may not be able to call your parents every day, but you still want to know how they are doing. 家族がそばに offers a calm and simple way to stay connected without constantly calling or tracking their location.

The app uses supported automatic signals from your parent’s smartphone to help you understand their status.

• Check your parents’ status at a glance
• Receive supported automatic status signals
• Ask your parent to check in when needed
• No live location sharing
• No camera sharing
• No daily movement or activity summary shared with family
• No need for your parent to interact with the app every day
• Family Plan with more frequent checks and additional features

When a scheduled check does not receive a valid signal, a confirmation process can begin. Your parent can respond with “All Good,” or you can send a “Check Now” request when you simply want to ask how they are doing.

家族がそばに is designed for calm, everyday family connection. It is not a medical alert, emergency service, or live tracking app.

Your parent’s daily life stays the same. You simply have an easier way to stay informed.
