Recently they have decided to introduce ridiculously long ads every time we use the app. Completely ruined the experience and taken away the whole point of it. So many people must have deleted the app after this? It’s unusable and not fit for purpose. Fo whatever reason my use changed from premium to unpaid use about a week before renewal… so waited until renewal took place thinking that the matter would resolve itself. But after paying £26, it didn’t. So contacted customer services/tech support to see if they could resolve the matter… they did respond with questions about proof of purchase etc, to which responded with photos etc, plus told them about an email issue, but nothing has happened for about a week, although they did respond with acknowledgment of receipt.
