However all you do is tap in a task and it signs you up! I accidentally signed up for two tasks and there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove it yourself once assigned. Now I have to bother the people who need help due to user error. Not good. ### 3/5 — Almost everything we need *2024-07-18* Would be great to have somewhere to list contact details of all supports involved. Ie gp / psychologist / psychiatrist/ social worker for all members. If we are attending different appointments usually need this information. ### 2/5 — No Support from app company *2024-07-14* Whether on the webpage or the app, selecting support option leads to a “no longer exists” area. Can’t see how to store medication list or some pdf’s of medical records/notes, so will proceed to another app. ### 4/5 — Quite useful, minor issues *2024-05-12, version 2.60.0* Unfortunately needed to create a care team. Fortunately found this app. It really does quite a bit and seems to work pretty well overall. However, the Support and FAQ links in the app are no good. Some care team members find that they can no longer access the team and receive an error message with the code, forcing them to delete and reinstall in order to regain access. Notifications are a bit wonky, also. Lastly, it would be nice for at the least the team creator to see who is liking what posts or messages ### 2/5 — App keeps duplicating *2024-05-08* This app has duplicated on my Home Screen 3 times now on two days! Can you please make it stop! I got this app to help my mom who had a terrible fall and lives out of state. ### 2/5 — Could be good but doesn’t let me sign up *2023-10-30, version 2.60.0* Get an internal error every time I’ve tried ### 3/5 — Problematic *2023-07-07* This app looked like it’d be good, but I haven’t even been able to get team members because the invites aren’t being sent (or never arrive (and not in junk mail either.) We tried sending invitations via text and email…nothing worked. The person I’m helping also contacted the developer about this problem. No response yet. ### 3/5 — Great until it stopped and no number to call for help *2022-11-18* This app was amazing until the food chain stopped working and no longer showed meals needed. They don’t have a phone number to call for help so you have to rely on emails that go unanswered. I will have to delete my page and make a new one and move all friends and family to the new page to ensure the meals continue for my loved one. ### 1/5 — Great concept which falls short. *2022-11-14* App is simply a cute task and stripped down calendar app. As a caring app, the concept misses target. Reoccurring tasks cannot be set in the app. Critical information about the person cared for is missing. Emergency contact or doctor car information is not part of the profile. Deleting account requires clicking an email link, should be able to do from within app. Could not find app in library, required way too much effort to delete from device. ### 3/5 — Good so far but has some bugs… *2022-10-21* We completed setup of a calendar and made assignments for providing care. It took a couple of start overs to figure out the best way. Be careful with setting up repeating tasks. You can’t unlink tasks from the repeat easily. We found the best way was to setup one day of the week at a time, and repeat only that day across future weeks. Then setup the next day. The Calendar view seems to have a limit that stops it from showing days at the end of the month. The work around is to use the Calendar pull down (the little down arrow at the top of the Calendar screen - not obvious!) to get to those days. Task records sometimes don’t show all people assigned (says “need 1 more volunteer”), but clicking on the task shows all assignments. ### 4/5 — Many simple features are missing. *2022-08-27* This is the best app we’ve found so far but there are many pretty basic features I’m surprised it doesn’t have. For instance journal entries don’t have a time stamp showing the date or time. A medical log option (like blood pressure or oxygen levels) would be really helpful to have. You should be able to view the calendar in more intuitive ways. I shouldn’t have to scroll past the first 26 days of the month to see what is happening from the 27-31st. Right now it’s either that or look at one day at a time. ### 4/5 — good so far! *2022-07-21* definitely more user friendly than other apps ive tried. best part is having a place to ask for volunteers. also the calendar lets you add recurring appointments unlike others. i love that you can invite friends and family (vs inner circle) to keep up with the day to day stuff a bit and even volunteering. would love if we could keep a list of medications since its a frequent question at the doctors office. with different people assisting her to appointments its hard to keep that in one localized place especially when there are adjustments and new rx from time to time. and maybe some place to keep certain documents. also would be nice if the tasks/appointments that are not listed and added could stay saved for the future. also if icons could be customized as well :) and .. while i really like the resources, id prefer to not have it in the main feed of our group. **Developer response:** Veronica, thanks for your feedback. It really helps families to engage and know what is going on with their loved ones. Especially if they are long distant caregivers. Wow was I wrong! Since getting CircleOf and having family and close friends join, things have gotten a lot easier- organizing my appointments, keeping everyone updated, and being notified when someone offers to help me. When I have had questions the support team is responsive and open to feedback, not something you find with a lot of free apps. ### 5/5 — Very helpful family caregiver app *2023-03-22* The app makes it easy for my large family to all stay updated on how our grandmother is doing. It also has saved so much time, I no longer have to manage multiple group text messages asking who can drive her to her appointment. I was naturally very overwhelmed when I started taking care of my grandma but soon after I discovered this app I felt more confident after everytime I used it.
