I often use the store locator to see which location has the cheaper price. I do wish they would show ALL the locations for their stores and not just the ones for delivery or pickup, or car washes. There are stores with none of these but would be useful to know their location in order to plan trips throughout the northeastern quarter if Indiana. But the prompt comes up every time I use the app, which is multiple times a day. ### 1/5 — Good luck, if you have any issues *2025-02-25, version 42.00.05* I have tried contacting them, on two separate times, for two separate issues… Never got a reply. If everything works great, you are good to go… But if it doesn’t, good luck! It ripped the seal right off of the passenger side window, and chipped the paint on the roof. I haven’t even looked for any more because it’s night at the time I’m posting this, but it probably did more damage. If you like your car to be in nice condition, I wouldn’t risk using their car wash ### 1/5 — Can’t even sign up *2022-03-21, version 22.01.2022020401* Multiple errors in the sign up process, including a data entry error on opening the app (no data had yet been entered). Then it threw another error atating that “data is incorrectly formatted” but apparently still registered my mobile number and now won’t let me use it. Then when I tried to enter my wife’s number to move the process forward, the app just crashed. ### 1/5 — Cant get rewards *2021-05-15, version 2020.08.19* Every since July 2019, I have not been able to get cents off gas. It takes me to the app store and I can open the app from there without updating. BTW - every time this happens my app is on the latest update!!!
