Have contacted the pharmacy as well as Family Fare support and yet there are issues every time. It has led to delays getting our scripts filled every time because it’s hard for us to get the pharmacy called every time we need a script filled. Next step I tried to reset my password, which worked, I received an email with a new password! Step three, use new password to log in. I try and log in it tells me I need to verify and then sends me to the create an account page. I enter my info and it then tells me I already have an account. They probably just don't know what they're doing. I get like 15 different meds from family fare and I can order a bunch all at the same time within like 10 seconds. With just a few clicks. It's so nice.
