Now pages won’t fully load, descriptions on the home landing page but pics won’t load. Search is pathetically slow. I’m an iPhone user and use other grocery apps regularly but this app is an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I’ve tried just going to the webpage to see the ad but it automatically flips me to the app since it’s on my phone. I’ve deleted and redownloaded but nothing helps. Now with the latest upgrade it doesn’t work at all. I cannot view anything in the store. It is inconvenient to have to type in the RX number each time you need a refill. Previously, the family fare app was extremely slow and resource intensive. On top of that, it has repeatedly asked me to select my store. No matter how many times I do, it “forgets.” The filter allows you to choose only departments each store has—you are unable to filter by city or state. Locating my store is difficult, as I have to scroll through several dozen Michigan locations. Then, after selecting my store and wanting to view the ad, the app makes me select my store again. Then actually loading the circular takes a long time, much longer than the competitors here locally. Now, with Version 11, after logging in, the pinwheel spins for a moment and then nothing happens. I browse as a guest and the same thing happens. Version 11 nuked the app for me. Hire a real developer or outsource to someone competent. Family Fare is about the cheapest store for finding groceries especially if you watch the sales. lots of times they will offer buy two and get three free. The cashiers are very friendly and the store manager is almost always on site. The meat is fresh and the cuts are very good sized. They keep the store well stocked, and if there’s something you’re looking for, and you can’t find it, you can always find someone who will help you find it. This is the best store in Beatrice, Nebraska and I’m sure there are other places that you can go to the Nash Company. Make sure that their company has the best employees around. Barb, the assistant manager is the best. She is always smiling, polite and very helpful. I love all the older cashiers as they remember who you are and ask about your family. They make you feel like family and you matter. Shop the Beatrice, Nebraska Family Fare Grocery Store.
