I wrote ‘first word’ and ‘first step’. It put both of them under the category ‘first tooth’. After the game ended, I saw that ‘talking’ and ‘walking’ were also on the board. It ruined the game for me. ### 3/5 — Limited gameplay *2026-07-18, version 1.1* There doesn’t seem to be a way to engage in continued gameplay like the actual show. You can do the daily feud which is one survey question, and you can do archive questions but eventually you run out of those. Every new survey question is treated as a one-off so even though you have a family of five people, you never get past the third person because three strikes and you’re out and then it resets back to the first person. I just wish it were more like the show with multiple rounds and going through the whole family. ### 2/5 — Fun for a while *2026-07-18, version 1.1* It’s fun for the most part… but after a while it starts to get repetitive. The questions start to repeat. And I wish the character customizing had more options. I also wish there was a mode where it was just like the real game show. Unfortunately, I find the difference in quality between Steve and the avatars jarring. It's off-putting. And the celebratory moves need work - more variety or something. They're almost all a little annoying. Only other complaint is Steve's responses sometimes. I give an answer that perfectly applies (and scores) and he says it's the strangest answer he's seen? Click to submit the answer. Click through …every …single …Steve Harvey thought bubble, really? He should talk to the player, at least. The game is so dated. It got really old, really fast. ### 2/5 — Just… ugh. 😑 *2026-07-10, version 1.1* This app/game is NOT made for tv. I’ve used a PS5 controller, the 2nd generation Siri Remote, and even the original tv HD Siri Remote… and the controls are atrocious! I’m honestly not sure why they made the game “cursor”-based, but I really hope they get rid of it and revamp the UI/UX because “this ain’t it, dawg!” Also, the most frustrating — and diabolical — implementation is if you press the “back” button on any controller, it exits the game (no matter what screen you’re on. Going through the setting… exits the game. Trying to navigate the horribly implemented character “costume” screen… exits the game. In the middle of playing a match… (you guessed it) EXITS THE GAME!!! It seriously baffles me that developers even think this is an acceptable navigation method. PLEASE re-think the UX and try again because — as of now — this game is nerve-rackingly impossible to play. ### 2/5 — Good. But… *2026-07-10, version 1.1* Not enough content.
