Had iPhone generated password. App update erased it, now I’m locked out. Obviously can’t manage my account now and Will probably have overdrafts. Thanks for this huge inconvenience from what used to be a convenient way to bank. What the heck

Had to give it 2 stars instead of 1 star because it does have more to it than the old one. I do not like this one because it doesn’t have a pending area that I could find like on the website. I like to see my pending deposits as well as my other pending transactions. Also a tutorial would have been nice. I accidentally sent a transfer twice as it wasn’t showing up on their side. It finally showed up almost two days later. I’ll stick to the website.

I opened two extra accounts, a checking and a savings with a debit card attached to the two. It would be nice to have the ability to add those accounts onto the app so when you hit view all you could see those two extra accounts I could have them labeled checking two and savings to or extra checking an extra savings. But you have to do the three lines at the top. Then go down and click on your name and then click switch profile. It sure would be nice to have them consolidated on one list of accounts when it says at the bottom view all???

Caring staff at FFCU make banking easy.  Their communication is what sets them apart.  You want a great Credit Union that will take care of you, look no further.

I need more account numbers showing when I do a transaction. This app only shows the last few numbers which just tells me if it is a savings account (000) or a checking account (013). We have three of each and transfer $ according to its purpose.  It is really difficult to see which account the $ was transferred to.

I called FFCU for help with mobile check transfer.  The representative was so kind and helpful, and then she went on to help me order checks.  She is an excellent representative for the credit union.  I am really impressed with FFCU because of this experience.  Only wish I could remember her name!  Thank you!

The old app was outdated and antiquated. The new app is fantastic and can do way more than its predecessor. Sure, some things are different than before, but it’s still way better!

I liked the old mobile app much better! I just need the numbers and easy transactions, this new app is way over complicated. Not to mention that there was minimal notice that it was changing and then once it did change it took me two days to finally remember my username since I previously had it saved on my phone and I haven’t had to enter it in years. Not a good change in my opinion!
