I’m noticing the improvements. I think as long as we stay competitive with the banking industry we’ll hold on to members. The more members the more quality of services we’ll likely get!

I love the people that work at the physical locatikns but sometimes my schedule doesnt mesh with their hours so this saves me so much time and headaches. Love it.
