You froze my card and I couldn’t contact anyone to get it unfrozen because it was past 8pm. I hadn’t eaten all day because I was busy, so that means I went to bed hungry. Plus, I my phone bill was late because it was on auto pay and suddenly I couldn’t access my money. You have made my decision easy. I’m moving to Chase. So incompetent. Btw this app crashes constantly.
