Get a 1-800 number like every other bank in the world.  You froze my card and I couldn’t contact anyone to get it unfrozen because it was past 8pm.  I hadn’t eaten all day because I was busy, so that means I went to bed hungry.  Plus, I my phone bill was late because it was on auto pay and suddenly I couldn’t access my money.  You have made my decision easy.  I’m moving to Chase. So incompetent. 

Btw this app crashes constantly.  Go to Chase...they actually have a clue.

Takes forever to load and most of the time won’t open after it dose load
