## What is Family?

In Family Matters, executors of deceased persons' estates get a chance to salvage and share solid memories of their loved ones' unassigned and nevertheless, cherished family heirlooms. All without the stress, hurt feelings and expense of other methods of dividing up and distributing these precious, sometimes valuable and usually emotion-laden items. 

Executors use our app to photograph the items to be split among the family. They then invite members to review groups of items in a series of 'events.' 

Family members privately like, not like or comment on each item. Their preferences and thoughts are shared only with the executor. At the end of the event, the executor gets a report of which items nobody liked and should be set aside for the estate sale, discarded or donated, which items one person liked and which items were liked by which combinations of family members.

This step-by-step family-integrated approach is how sanity, civility and organized decision-making are the hallmark of our app and service. We allow families to concentrate on managing their grief, staying civil and even friendly in trying circumstances. Our app helps avoid the often rancorous distributions that often occur while handling these matters. We offer executors and family members a fast and elegant approach to sorting through and handling sentimental items.

ABOUT APPLE AUTO RENEW SUBSCRIPTIONS:
The best executor experience is through the subscription service. Family members are invited by executors. There is no fee for family members. 

The app, Family-Matters enables the In-App Purchase of auto renewable subscription services:
• Quarterly renew
• Annual renew

Subscribers gain access to exclusive features such as the ability to add items to the app, invite family members from contacts, create events for family members, modify events all within the limits of a 30-day FREE trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless 'auto-renew' is turned off in iTunes account at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. The payment method of your iTunes account will be charged the renewal fee 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price and frequency that you select. Confirming the subscription will cause your iTunes account to be charged.
