• Appointment reminders — the evening before and 1 hour before
• One-tap "Refilled" — mark a medication refilled right from Today, and the next refill date is set automatically from your usual interval
• Now on iPad — a full iPad layout, portrait and landscape
• Dark mode — System, Light, or Dark in Settings, easier on the eyes at night
• Fixed: the launch screen no longer flashes white in dark mode

Reminders are optional (Settings → Reminders) and everything stays on your device — no accounts, no tracking, nothing sent anywhere.
