## What is Family Portfolio Tracker?

Family Portfolio Tracker is a private, ad-free way for an Indian household to see all of its investments together — across every family member — in one consolidated view.

ONE HOUSEHOLD, EVERYONE'S INVESTMENTS
Invite your spouse or family members to your household. Each person signs in with their own account and updates their own holdings, and everyone sees the same combined portfolio. You control who can view and who can edit with simple roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer).

GET STARTED FAST
Import your existing holdings from a CSV (broker export column names are recognised) or add them by hand. Manual entries show a "last updated" badge so stale values are obvious.

PRIVACY
Your data lives in your own Firebase-backed account and is visible only to the household members you invite. No ads, no trackers, no selling of data. You can export everything to CSV, and you can delete your account and all of your data from inside the app at any time.

Dates
• Every date field now has a working calendar picker — tap the calendar icon
• Dates are shown and entered as DD-MM-YYYY throughout

Stocks and mutual funds
• New optional purchase date, so the app knows how long you've held something
• Record bonus shares: units are added at zero cost, so your total invested stays the same and your average cost per share adjusts the way it should

Holdings
• Press and hold a holding to select several at once and delete them together
• The selected owner filter and selected rows are now clearly highlighted

Adding and importing
• The Add screen now doubles as an Update centre — refresh manual values in one place, with the most out-of-date ones first
• CSV import shows a full column guide for each asset type, including accepted column names from common broker exports
• CSV templates now carry the purchase date column
