### 3/5 — Room status

*2026-05-05, version 2.29.3*

The room status option doesn’t even show what’s available or not

### 4/5 — Good

*2026-04-15, version 2.29.3*

Just hopefully the app had like a option to see when other people are using the washers

### 3/5 — It’s ok

*2026-04-02, version 2.29.3*

You have to be careful so you don’t overpay for the dryers. In my building it doesn’t show which machines are being used and which are free.

### 3/5 — Some improvements can be made

*2026-02-18, version 2.29.3*

Once everything is set up, the app works great. When I first created the account, I had some issues setting up my card and loading it but it’s been fine since then.

The only current issue is having a $10 minimum to load my account. It’s especially inconvenient when I only want to do a single load and need to load my account. I understand that I can use it for next time, but I’d rather have the option to load the account with only the necessary amount for that wash day. It’s led to me not using the app as much and going back to quarters.

### 5/5 — Stick with these people

*2026-02-14, version 2.29.3*

Family Pride is a wonderful company. Their response time for any repairs are always prompt and complete. Should you phone for service you won’t be disappointed with their personalized customer service either.

### 4/5 — Upgrade

*2026-02-13, version 2.29.3*

It’s way easier just to upload right off my debit card and I really don’t have to leave the house. Very convenient on colder days or last minute washing.

### 4/5 — Good app

*2026-02-06, version 2.29.3*

Makes laundry easy, I like the auto-refill option.

### 4/5 — Pretty good service!

*2026-01-20, version 2.29.3*

There was only twice in two years that I paid for the machine and it didn’t register, but it still took it out of my account. Otherwise, I would give this five stars.

### 4/5 — Family Pride Wash Experience

*2026-01-09, version 2.29.3*

Washing my clothes is super easy the FP system and excellent equipment. I’m very pleased each time I use them!

### 5/5 — Washer boy

*2025-12-30, version 2.29.3*

Hell yeah but lower the price to a dollar per load to make things easier

### 4/5 — Machine availability not working

*2025-12-02, version 2.29.3*

I have found the app very convenient and easy to use. However the most important feature I was looking forward to having is not working. That is knowing the availability of the machines before you go to the laundry room. The app does not have that feature enabled. Please enable it.

### 4/5 — Easy to use but one feature needs to change…

*2025-11-25, version 2.29.3*

As soon as you start a dryer it automatically asks you if you want to add more time. How do I know if I need more time when I’ve just started it? I accidentally pressed yes, adding time that I didn’t need.

Probably a good idea to move that popup to when the cycle ends or just put a button somewhere.

Otherwise a great, easy to use app!

### 5/5 — Easy to Use

*2025-11-09, version 2.29.3*

Makes completing laundry faster

### 4/5 — Easy and Handy!

*2025-11-01, version 2.29.3*

We got the system set up in our condo building a year or so ago and it’s been really easy to use the app. I left out one star because the user interface for the dryers pops up a screen after you start your first cycle and asks if you want to extend the time. This is a useful option, but if you’re not paying attention, you might say yes because you think it’s just like the screen for the washers that is a confirmation screen that the washing cycle has started. So you push yes, and now you are paying a double price when you didn’t mean to. They should change the interface for that one pop up. Otherwise it’s sort of feels like they’re tricking you into paying more money. Sort of like when the gas stations switched the order of the regular gas and the premium gas buttons so people who are used to pressing the left button are now paying for premium gas.

### 4/5 — It’s ok

*2025-10-05, version 2.29.3*

Sometimes it’s takes the money and I always have to clean the machine myself but other than that it’s pretty good and easy

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Subpar

*2026-05-09, version 2.29.3*

App is buggy, errors with adding funds. The password security is so weak that you cannot use symbols in the password and there is no minimum character count. If you are able to add funds and save your card info on this app beware of this weak security and its faulty captcha systems.

Secondly, it requires unnecessary data, and despite scanning the QR code, still requires Bluetooth settings. How much of our data does an app for laundry really need from us? It’s overboard. If you are unable to add funds with debit or credit, there is no longer a back up that allows people to use other methods of payment.

Lastly, the customer service borderline nonexistent. There is only a way to leave a message on their answering machine with your name and address, and what machine is malfunctioning. You might get a refund for if the machine eats your money and doesn’t return it (which is new, since the last app just took it silently and there was no way to report the mistaken balance). No ways to retrieve money put into the account. No response for technical issues or technical support, which should be obligatory for all companies looking to make an unnecessarily complicated app for a simple daily task.

It appears to me that most of their positive reviews must come from bots, because almost all the negative reviews are much more true renditions of what the average experience with this app is.

### 1/5 — Credit card doesn’t work

*2026-04-18, version 2.29.3*

Absolutely inconvenient. The card number has 3 extra number slots and the UI to try and register a new card is busted. Fix your app.

### 1/5 — Difficult to use app & way to expensive

*2025-12-16, version 2.29.3*

App is obnoxiously bad. Registering an account and putting your card on file is really tedious and unnecessary, and not being allowed to upload less than $10 at a time just feels plain greedy. Will drive down to do laundry at my friends rather than use this company’s app or machines down my hall. Don’t recommend these guys to anyone.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2025-09-25, version 2.29.3*

It took my forever to reset the password and I was stuck as I wasn’t getting password reset email. The app is super slow .. god knows what technology is being used. And worst customer experience ever. Nobody picks up the calls too. I want to give it 0 stars.

### 1/5 — Couple of issues

*2025-09-22, version 2.29.3*

They still haven’t gotten back to me on a refund. And when you pay for a dryer, the default is to ask you if you want to add more money. And all the dryers are set on medium. 🤔

### 1/5 — Horrible.

*2025-04-12, version 2.29.3*

It’s honestly ridiculous how long it takes just to create an account and add funds through this system. My building recently switched to this app for laundry, and it’s been nothing but a headache. First of all, it doesn’t support tap-to-pay, which is already outdated. But what really blows my mind is that you’re forced to create two separate accounts just to use it. One for the app itself—which would be fine—but then a second one just to add money to your balance? Why? It’s a completely unnecessary and frustrating process that wastes time for no good reason. Oh, and you can’t even load less than $10, so if you’re someone who does laundry occasionally, tough luck.

### 1/5 — Difficult to Use

*2025-02-11, version 2.29.3*

The starting stop times are not accurate, the app will say the machine is finished but it’s actually 4 to 5 minutes until done. Even if you add your physical laundry card to your account via the add function to reload, the money is only available by using the app QR code and not the physical laundry card. You can only start and stop the machine if standing in front which defeats the purpose of having WiFi access.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-12-21, version 2.29.3*

Doesn’t let me register my card.

### 2/5 — Where do I begin…

*2025-11-02, version 2.29.3*

This app is way too expensive. The other apps are $1.25 to $1.50 to wash your clothes for 45 minutes. You get 34 minutes for two dollars and it steals your minutes. Make sure on Sundays you have back up quarters because this app barely works on Sundays.

### 2/5 — Way too expensive!

*2025-05-18*

The old app that my condo building used to use was way better. For $1.50, you could wash your clothes for 47 minutes, and for $1.25, you could dry them for 45 minutes. But this app is so expensive, whether your laundry load is small or large; it still charges you $2.00 for washing and $2.00 for drying, that's ridiculous.
