Each user has to have email address (not ideal for younger kids) and if you are using different formats (iPhone & Android) within the same family you have to pay for the app multiple times. I felt like this should have been mentioned. I contacted customer service concerning the issues and they blew me off. Sorry not sorry kind of thing. Great upgrades *2017-12-03* Well worth the money. Simple, and it works. Can track my wife’s iPhone and my kids’ Androids. Been using it for over two years, and the new version for iOS10 and higher and with geofencing rocks. ### 5/5 — Love the app *2017-12-03* Years ago there were some problems with the app running on iOS7.0, but the developers had informed us that iOS 7.0 itself had a bug, and that even Apple’s Find My Friends app was not working right. Since we upgraded to newer iOS the app works great, I can track my boyfriend when he’s riding his bike across the state, and I always know where he is. It works great. ### 5/5 — Way cool! *2014-07-06, version 3.3.4* The "annoying siren" is the piece I love here :-) Now if you could just repeat the alert every minute until my son accepts the notification it will be perfect...! --Update - I wrote this review a few months ago, and now I just noticed that the authors actually listened (I had emailed them with the request as well) and this new version does indeed repeat the alert until it is accepted (my son does not have multitasking, so we still have to use the old pings).
