How the heck does this have a 4.3 rating? Every single person talks about how awful it is . Because it is awful.

This app does not provide real or verifiable information. It presents itself as an intelligent tool, but in my experience, it feels more like a game than a legitimate genealogy service.

The family tree it generates is very basic and could easily be created using programs like Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. I did not find any features that truly justified using this app.

I am also concerned about the amount of personal information an app like this may collect without providing useful results in return.

Personally, I do not recommend it. For me, it was a waste of time, and I would rather not provide personal information to an app that does not offer real or verifiable genealogical data.

This app does not trace anything you don’t no any more than you put in it all the information you get is what you put in yourself so you don’t trace nothing it’s a scam

Tried the enthenicity part of the app and it constantly fails. It keeps saying can't recognize face and yes i tried many rooms. The surname just tells you what countries your name could be from--that's all no more info. app is unwhelming. save your money.

I’m only rating it 5 stars so that this review is noticed, every time you upload a picture I says “face not found” as well as this is definitely a trap to get your personal information and other data about you
