It’s great and all really makes it clean but I can’t make some of the spouses have husbands because apparently only the direct family can….There are dead relatives whose spouses got remarried and I couldn’t add that I don’t know why…it was a big shame because I liked the app.

This app is good but very limited to what you can do. You can’t add more family to it. Limit to 5 and you could arrange it. Customer support? No good,  It take more than 2 weeks to confirmed and take for ever. Never fix the problem or explanation.

This is amazing for like videos and stuff. I can also adjust infinity things and just make like 200 characters, but it needs more features other than just characters. Can you do that?

Cannot rearrange offspring, causes much re-entering to "move" them around.  Instructions unclear and often don't work.  Particularly frustrated when I make choices and there is no explanation of what will actually happen (like deletions), and where is the UNDO? Where is a TUTORIAL?  Why does the main STEM change on its own?  Some random uncle is now the center.  What if you don't want or need a main stem?  Lots of questions with no answers.  Live in fear of deleting large bodies of entries. And finally,  can the entries and photos export to another app?

so once you reach a certain number of listed people, you have to get premium to add more—but—the option to actually do the transaction is no longer there. when you click on the purchase button, you can't actually buy it

I tried to add a daughter but I accidentally pressed a sister and now I don’t know how to delete it. Also I didn’t like how you can’t add sisters or mothers to the step parent or any one that isn’t actually related to you. But it free and better then any other family tree app

This is a good app that works well but it would be so much better if you could add relatives to non-root family members. 
It would also be great if you could give access to other family members so that they could also work on it. Much less important, but it would be good if when you change the date format in Options it would change the date format in each persons profile - currently i have date format set to dd/mm/yyyy but in each persons profile it still shows year, month, date. Again, less important, but it would be nice if you could also add pets.

Apparently only one spouse is allowed to have had a previous relationship. This makes it particularly difficult when someone HAS HAD previous relationships AND HAS HAD KIDS. So I’m just supposed to leave those kids out, huh?

This never works properly.  It has so many glitches, I have spent an hour trying to load myself and my parents, but the interface between the photos is erratic, does not allow to resize, even put one in upside down,  This is terrible app.  Wish it worked! Trying to do a family tree for my mother who has Alzheimers.  What a waste!

Thank you for this app, really! It‘s very convenient and since I‘ve started to work in it, I couldn‘t find a better app where I needn‘t to pay very much. 
I have a premium version and really love to make family trees of famous people, especially royalty or aristocrats from the past. I have a few started projects — and thus, I can‘t start a new one (6th) if I don‘t want to end others now but work on another one. It‘d be really wonderful if you added a possibility to make more trees! 
Anyway, thanks for the app. I appreciate your work.
