They don’t send subscription reminders, there is no easy way to cancel the app (which should be a priority for any business or service) DO NOT BUY! ### 1/5 — Scam impossible to cancel subscription *2025-01-21* Worst app I’ve ever (not) used. We immediately emailed and tried to resolve it. We’ve had several emails back-and-forth and they just keep asking for “information” but as soon as we ask what information they need they repeat the same thing - we need information but never tell us what they need. Then they sent us an email saying it’s resolved and we did not agree to any resolution because nothing has been done. They haven’t told us what specific information they actually need. It’s very frustrating and definitely a scam. *UPDATE* I have tried and you don’t respond. **Developer response:** Hi! Very unintuitive and doesn’t even have proper support if you get stuck. Only means is to email support and wait for 72 hours for a response. There is no historical reporting on anything. And after all this, when I want to cancel the subscription, there is no option to do so. I have to request the support team to cancel. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Parent *2024-08-23* This app is horrible. Gives us notifications of inappropriate content when our child’s not even using her phone. Even though I paid for a year subscription, can’t get the app fully removed from my child’s phone and the family keep her folks closed my incident without helping to remove the app. this thing is terrible. There are plenty of free apps for that. I reached out to customer service. The just emailed back that they couldn’t find my account.
