## What is 家動樂 FamilyMove?

家動樂是一個推動大眾培養健康生活習慣的平台，家動樂將提供及定期更新運動短片、健康食譜及健康資訊，並設有個人總積分、積分記錄及頭十名積分龍虎榜供參考。

運動
• 分為親子伸展運動 (初級及高級) 、跳舞(喳喳及森巴舞) 、花式跳繩(等級一至三)、瑜伽(初中高階)及體能訓練(初中高階)，分別由專業教練及/或小運動員示範及講解每個動作
• 每段短片配有輕快背景音樂
• 每級別均有一段熱身、四段各三十秒長的單項教學短片及一段三至五分鐘長的串燒運動
• 每完成一套運動後便可得分
• 提供實用的遠足資訊和路線供用家參考


飲食
• 提供健康食譜包括材料、做法、營養份量及小貼士
• 可根據小貼士，按個人喜好更改材料或份量
• 分為早餐/主食、小菜、小食/飲品等類別，方便挑選合適的食譜
• 設有提交食譜功能，所有提交的食譜將獲專業意見作改良

健康寶庫
• 提供多款健康題材的專題作閱讀

### 5.11.0(210) — 2025-11-13

The new feature was the addition of the locally validated “Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (KAP) of Healthy Eating Questionnaire” in the “Health Test” tab. The questionnaire has been divided into three separate tools for users to select based on their interest. A total scale score and suggestions specific to their incorrect/unfavourable responses will be displayed after their completion. Each suggestion will include at least one link to the corresponding article in the app. Six new articles have been uploaded which provide practical tips on the consumption of fruit and vegetables, sugar, salt, and snacks, benefits of healthy eating, and healthy food choices. The users can view their previous scores and responses to keep track of their dietary KAP status. We hope the questionnaire and the articles can raise the public awareness on healthy eating and empower them to put it into practice.
