## What is FamilyNest?

One private space for the whole family — calendar, chores, lists and notices. Most family apps assume everyone should see everything. Real families aren't like that. Teenagers want some privacy. Separated parents share some plans and not others. A carer needs to know about certain appointments only. FamilyNest treats privacy as part of the household, not an afterthought. A calendar with privacy built in • Month, week, day and agenda views • Timed, all-day and repeating events — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly • Change one occurrence without disturbing the rest of the series • Choose who sees each event: everyone, only the people you pick, or just you • A private event stays private — nobody else sees its title, notes or location, not even a household admin. There's no override. • Reminders, categories, attachments and participants • Deleted something by mistake? Restore it. Worth knowing before you start Reminders are scheduled on your own device, so they appear on the phone that set them rather than on everyone's.
