I have used it for years. And use it to teach all the time. But after the last update it’s not functioning. When I edit and tag a picture I’m not able to exit out of the picture to the main gallery of pictures in order to work on the next one. Instead the upper left corner shows “Cancel” not a back arrow or exit. If I click on “cancel” it does nothing. I can’t get out of the picture I’ve been working on. Please, please fix this soon. I’m planning on teaching this weekend using this app. Now I’ll have to resort to using screenshots to show how it works and tell my class that the app will be working shortly in the future. The IT department is ignoring the issue. The memory does not link back to the person, and the ID number associated with the memory is not tagged in anyway. So it’s just memories floating around randomly. ### 1/5 — It needs to be easier to use with the iPhone format *2025-12-26, version 4.4.2* I have to do way too much work to get a photo on onto my individual ancestors account on the iPhone. Seriously the only reason I got it was because the website is not formatted to use iPhone.
