## What is FamPlate?

FamPlate — short for "Family Plate" — is your whole family's kitchen in one app: plan a week of meals in seconds, turn it into one shopping list, and keep everyone's nutrition on track. Recipes, plans, lists and a food diary, all in one place.

A WEEKLY PLAN IN SECONDS
Tell FamPlate what your family likes and let AI build a balanced week — different diets, goals and allergies handled — or plan it yourself, every meal, every day.

A SHOPPING LIST THAT BUILDS ITSELF
Turn your weekly plan into one sorted shopping list and tick things off as you shop. Nothing forgotten, nothing doubled.

ALL YOUR RECIPES, ONE PLACE
Add a recipe by voice, paste it from any website, or snap a photo — FamPlate turns it into a clean, structured recipe with ingredients and steps.

NUTRITION WITHOUT THE CHORE
Log what you ate by voice or photo. FamPlate estimates calories and macros, tracks every family member against personal targets, and learns real maintenance calories over time.

MADE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
A separate profile for each member, with their own dietary needs and preferences. Available in English, Russian and Hebrew, with beautiful themes.

FREE TO USE
The whole app is free. FamPlate+ unlocks unlimited voice and photo logging, unlimited menu generation, precise per-ingredient nutrition, adaptive targets and full history — €4.99/month or €39/year.

Plan your family's week today.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.7 — 2026-08-18

FamPlate+ now behaves the way it should.

If you already bought FamPlate+, it is restored properly now — including yearly subscriptions, which could fail to restore after a reinstall and leave you paying for something the app would not unlock.

A purchase that finishes outside the app now arrives instead of being lost: approved by a parent, made on another device, completed while the app was closed, or a renewal that went through in the background.

And the app no longer tells you Plus is active unless it really is. It asks your account rather than assuming the request went through.

Plus fixes and polish across the kitchen.

### 1.6 — 2026-08-11

The plan now opens on today.

Your next meal is right there — one dish, shown properly, with one tap to start cooking it. The rest of the week is a swipe along the day strip, and the full seven-day grid is still one tap away if that is how you plan.

Replace a dish, and tell us why
Tapping replace used to hand you back something very similar, because nothing knew what was wrong with the first one. Now it asks: takes too long, the kids won't eat it, a product you avoid, or you have had it recently. The chef works around that answer immediately — and remembers it, so next week's menu is better without you pressing anything.

Shop for one dish
The shopping list no longer has to take the whole week. Every dish has its own button, so you can buy for tonight's dinner and nothing else.

Log several foods at once
In the diary, «Recent» now lets you tick everything you ate and record it in one go, instead of one food at a time.

A calmer screen
Calories and macros only appear when someone actually set a target, and the row of reaction buttons on every dish is gone. Fewer numbers, fewer buttons, more of the food.

### 1.5 — 2026-07-29

Scan a label instead of typing it. Point the camera at a product's packaging and FamPlate reads the ingredients and the nutrition off it — then asks you how many grams, rather than guessing.

Also in this release:
• The guided first week now opens for everyone, not only for new guests
• Sharing a recipe works properly again: the share menu is no longer clipped, and a shared link opens in messengers with the dish photo and a real preview
• Joining a family with an invite code is quicker, with clearer wording
• Assorted layout and stability fixes

### 1.4 — 2026-07-15

A new look, a faster week, and a long list of fixes.

• Redesigned across every screen — cleaner, warmer, easier to read.
• The weekly menu builds faster and repeats itself far less.
• Calories and macros are now backed by real food databases.
• The app speaks your language everywhere — no stray Russian in an English or Hebrew kitchen.
• Taste preferences (spice, protein, effort) are now visible and editable, not just quietly applied.
• iPad: dish names in the weekly plan are readable again, and the Hebrew layout no longer overlaps.
• Shopping list: item names read correctly and pantry items behave.
• Sign-in: an account created with Google or Apple can now set a password, and we explain a missing button instead of hiding it.
• FamPlate is free to use. FamPlate+ starts with a 14-day trial when you create an account.
• Plus many smaller fixes to voice notes, photo logging and Android.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-29

• Log packaged foods by scanning their barcode
• Sugar tracking alongside calories and macros
• A cleaner, faster recipe screen
• Stability fixes and improvements
