But.. *2024-07-12, version 2.23.1* I this is a very helpful app for finding people like you and also helpful for conventions!!!! But, the app hasn’t updated I think since last year. ### 2/5 — Odd App *2022-08-21, version 2.16.1* This is a really risky app at times. It asks for so much of your information but then limits what you can change. I needed to alter some information but it doesn’t have any option to do so. Verifying information can also be a pain if trying to redo after first installation. I hope it’s not taking my information and just selling it to the highest bidder without letting you be able to modify or limit what they take. It’s buggy and fails to adequately work during events, to the point where in multiple conventions, they’ve had to print out information because the app could not handle it. Completely throwing off venue times and locations since you can use the app and have to rely on word of mouth. ### 2/5 — Shockingly slow *2022-06-03, version 2.16.1* It’s hard to use because it loads so incredibly slow. It often doesn’t load all the content so I can’t look at complete schedules. Unfortunately, I get notifications about every little this at the Expo, and the settings are not granular enough. ### 3/5 — Love the concept, but... *2019-05-24, version 1.7.8* I used this app at this year's MegaCon Orlando event and at first it was so great. It was nice to have the ability for an offline map and schedule (because we all know how bad the connection can get) and even used it to purchase nearly last minute tickets got the BTTF Friday panel. Come Saturday, however, and the app fell apart. That offline map and schedule I thought was so great? Didn't work. Worse yet, the app did nothing but crash. So the one function I was most excited about didn't work when I actually needed it, because the previous two days had no connection issues like Saturday always does. So I'll give it 3 stars and say it's great when it works and I appreciate it better than Megacon's precious apps. But it needs work and I would still recommend using a backup for your schedule and con floor navigation. ### 3/5 — Text sizing issue *2019-05-05, version 1.7.1* In my iphone i enlarged the font size by 1 so i can read it and doing so the text in eqch block gets cut off and have to click each one to see what room that event is in. Ugh. ### 2/5 — CRASH CRASH CRASH *2019-05-04, version 1.7.1* Continues you crashes. Currently at a con. Can’t add meetups. Can’t see schedule. Can’t even get past load screen. Deleted and reinstalled. Disaster!!!! ### 2/5 — Room to improve: *2019-04-27, version 1.6.9* I’ll start with what I liked bet... the ability to quickly check what events were coming up and to separate the ones I was interested in from everything else. Simple way of giving feedback Things I’d change... other than having a separate app for The Calgary Expo ? 1. Google maps integration. Some panels took me longer to find because I don’t know where everything is on the Calgary Stampede Grounds. Google isn’t perfect but it got me close 2. Conflicting schedule pop-up, normally I hate pop ups but quickly seeing if the events:panels I’ve chosen overlap would be handy. Choosing which panel to skip... may be more challenging 3. Better ticket integration with GrowTix. 4. Login via touch or Face ID 5. Star rating for the panels, not just a 👍 or 👎 as in some instances my opinion was in the middle. ### 2/5 — Useless at searching *2019-04-27, version 1.6.9* Useless ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Ok when it works but severely flawed *2022-06-04, version 2.16.1* At Project Akon cell service was garbage for me and though not this apps fault it was the main way to get event info for the con. But that said if these apps are to replace paper schedules they have to just work. So my frustrations are one load relevant items 1st if it is 5pm I don’t need it to load the morning items. And often times it would hang before it got to the current items. Or you would almost have what you want to see and it would reload. So what I would like to see is load text 1st that way people can read even if the pictures are loading too slow and default to relevant items. Two implement some app caching so once you have it loaded or perhaps you load off site you have access even if you don’t have cell service. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-06-03, version 2.16.1* I was using the app this morning, but it keeps crashing this afternoon. ### 1/5 — Absolute trash. I downloaded this app because I’m going to a Supernatural convention in Nov but I can’t even get into the app because I wouldn’t load in. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it as well as pressing the little check mark looking thing about the “You’re all set welcome to fan guru” but I wouldn’t work. Incredibly disappointed. Then to make matters worse, I didn’t get a refund. It’s unconscienceable!
