Anytime you go to set a timer, you have approximately 3 seconds to spin the wheel to set the amount of time on the timer and if you have not confirmed your selection at the end of 3 seconds the app crashes and disconnects you from the device you were attempting to control. The app has been this way for over a year. Numerous complaints have been ignored. Again, thank you for making this app! ### 5/5 — Works Great *2020-02-16, version 1.0* We recently installed a new Hunter fan with a Bluetooth remote. Loaded this App and it worked perfectly. I’ll state the obvious here: ensure that there is power going to the fan (e.g., the wall switch is on). It’s also important that the lights are in the ON position, and the Fan is in the Max RUN position via the pull chains in order for the App to control them. I am not using a wall controller, so that could also impact things. It saw the fan right away and controlled it without any effort on my part. All you need to do is turn the fan off (at the wall switch)and the back on. Doing this "re-syncs" your phone to fan wireless connection and all will be good again. Would like to see one feature added. Add a button to change/reverse fan rotation (from Summer "push") (to Winter "pull") ### 5/5 — Works great *2016-07-09, version 1.0* I just set up three fans with this app. So far so good. I can actually control my fans that are upstairs from the bottom floor. The only reason can think people didn't like the app or thought it was fake is that they didn't buy the Bluetooth fan remote. I normally don't write reviews, but I'm impressed that a $50 remote/receiver can also be controlled by my smart phone. I plan to do all my fans this way.
