We actually offer a free widget that shows upcoming schedules and game times for MLB, NBA, NFL, and F1 — no subscription needed. The premium tiers unlock additional features like live scores and extra widget styles. Building and maintaining a sports app as a solo developer comes with real server costs for live data, and the subscription helps keep the app running and improving.
