Fanatics Support. ### 1/5 — Customer service is non existent *2026-08-15, version 6.22.1* I have been dealing with an account issue where my account was deactivated without any warning despite the terms and service stating it would give 3 strikes/emails, there is no phone number to contact so email is the only option, my account was deactivated while I had slabs in my vault as well and was deactivated July 2nd and as of now still have only gotten “we will escalate your case” emails back. And it is august 15th so 43 days roughly. ### 1/5 — Fanatics has given up on their own app *2026-08-15, version 6.22.1* There is no sorting of the sports so there is absolutely no chance that you will find the sport you are interested in getting cards in. This is much worse after the most recent update.
