Fanatics Support. ### 1/5 — Customer service is non existent *2026-08-15, version 6.22.1* I have been dealing with an account issue where my account was deactivated without any warning despite the terms and service stating it would give 3 strikes/emails, there is no phone number to contact so email is the only option, my account was deactivated while I had slabs in my vault as well and was deactivated July 2nd and as of now still have only gotten “we will escalate your case” emails back. And it is august 15th so 43 days roughly. ### 1/5 — Fanatics has given up on their own app *2026-08-15, version 6.22.1* There is no sorting of the sports so there is absolutely no chance that you will find the sport you are interested in getting cards in. This is much worse after the most recent update. I click on the link in the email, it brings me to the app. The app doesn’t load. I get an email saying my account has been restricted. I cannot see my order, I cannot watch it live, I cannot see the video receipt. I could get scammed. My honest advice is to not use this app. The 3.4 stars speaks volume. I absolutely love the live aspect of it, and another really cool feature is the auction section. My very first Instant Rip card that I received when I joined was worth over $50, and I was able to sell it through the auction! The second card I purchased was worth over $40, and the best part? I paid for it entirely with the promo and birthday cash they give you! 🎉 The only thing I wish they had was an instant-sell option, but other than that, I’m seriously impressed.
