When I was playing after cashing out the game had given me 2 coins…the 3rd was dropping and it kicked me off (buffalo gold collection) then I tried logging back in and got a message “oh dear something is wrong. Try another game. Never let me log in again until about a month later. When I could log in…it sucked every penny I deposited. In the meantime I played Tinberwolf-Triper power. Same thing. I started winning and cashing out good amounts of cash and boom—-kicked off! Reached out to a customer support specialist, many times 🤣 they told me to play something else- after giving me a run through of about 10 different things to change including my iOS system. My husband is IT and ensured me everything was where it needed to be! They even went to the extreme to tell me that my location was too close to border patrol, and the West Virginia lottery was responsible for it! Very laughable, considering I could log into any other game except the one that was paying me. I tried and did EVERYTHING they said but again couldn’t log into that game or Buffalo gold for about a month. When it finally left me on——you guessed it—->SUCK MODE again. When I expressed my feelings of disappointment because it seemed crooked to put it loosely, and told them I’d be deleting the platform, their response was “ok great! Anything else I can help you with?” I was floored after all the money I wasted on them to get a response that they clearly didn’t care to lose my business!!! Very dishonest company in my opinion and I’m sorry I ever downloaded and had friends join Fanatics!!!! What’s the point if they boot you when you’re winning!?!?!Because trust me, I’ve lost plenty to this platform!!! Beware! It’s great until it’s not and customer service will give you the run around—-After offering you a whopping 10$ free slot play for their crookedness!! 💯 ### 5/5 — My REVIEW. *2026-08-19, version 4.54.0* Fanatics is okay as a sportsbook, but all the extra games feel like they are designed to keep you constantly clicking & coming back to the app. The FanCash Shuffle is the biggest example. I personally don't know anyone who has ever actually won it's always "better luck tomorrow" 😂 At some point it's starting to feel less like a fun extra feature & more like a way to keep people engaged with that app every day. I understand the business model, but the games would be a lot more enjoyable if there were actually believable wins happening.
