For some reason after downloading the app it will not open no matter if I’m on WiFi or not. Seems to be a connection to the server issue because all of my other apps open without fail. ### 4/5 — Can’t log in! *2020-09-09* I logged out as I needed to link my account to the website but the login with Facebook keeps just going in a loop and can’t log in.. have deleted app and reinstalled but the same issue! The concert is in a couple of days, and when tickets were first released, tapping on the “enter” button would take you to a teaser clip for her concert. I am concerned, because as of now, it is not letting me or my friends watch the teaser video, which I am scared will interfere with watching the concert when it happens. The only way I could find a way to contact the creators of this app was through the App Store reviews, which is also somewhat concerning for me. I apologize, and hope I can get a response from the app creators.
