They fraud almost all fandoms from there artist to receive an award by paying votes even though they were high in ranks when it came to voting and album sales. The app is rigged. They handed out awards before the voting was over. Not to mention all data is lost. So if you spent time diligently collecting hearts the right way, all the hard work was for nothing. Please consider updating the app to where it allows people to do a simple sign-in or provide a customer service number/email to assist with log in issues.
