It’s clear that the developers did not follow a user-centered design process, as the app feels out of touch with what users actually need. Basic functions are hard to find, and the overall layout is confusing. Additionally, the app is not user-friendly at all; simple tasks take too many steps, and there’s a lack of helpful guidance or tutorials. For an app that’s supposed to enhance calling features, Fancall falls short in almost every aspect.
