When I contacted customer support, instead of fixing the issue, they simply sent me a link to watch the match. Does this mean I need to contact support and ask for a link every single time? That is completely inconvenient and unprofessional. I also requested a refund since the pass is not working as promised, but they refused. Very disappointing experience. When trying to login again it fails to provide an OTP and it simply becomes impossible to watch the game even after buying a pass. It keeps on displaying the message- “failed to provide OTP” and even after taking the money doesn’t provide with any service. I wish I didn’t have to write this review but I hope in future I don’t have to use this application for watching my favourite sports and I hope some other better application starts streaming the service where they actually provide a service after charging other than simply failing to provide a simple OTP for login **Developer response:** We are sorry your experience on FanCode wasn’t the best. The app has been consistently buggy and frequently crashes during use. Recently, the situation has worsened, as I am now facing repeated issues while streaming highlights and race replays. The videos constantly glitch, the screen lags, and the overall streaming experience has become highly frustrating. What makes the experience even more disappointing is the excessive number of advertisements shown despite having a paid subscription. Paying for a service and still being interrupted repeatedly by ads significantly defeats the purpose of a premium experience. Despite being a paid user, the service quality has not met even basic expectations. Firstly, why is this app not available for Apple TV 4K users? It's 2026, and with tvOS being around for quite some time, it would be great to see you invest in a version for the Apple TV 4K. This could really enhance the user experience for those of us who prefer watching content on Apple TV. Secondly, please provide a proper option to manage subscriptions and payment information directly within the app. Users need a clear way to subscribe, unsubscribe, and add or delete payment information. Currently, it seems quite limited and almost shady that there aren’t straightforward options for managing this, both in the app and web app. Lastly, I suggest refining the UI/UX. FanCode went a step beyond and proved that things can be even worse. It will load the ads perfectly fine, but as soon as the ad ends and it’s time to show the F1 race, suddenly it asks me to refresh, on doing so, again the ad will load perfectly fine but the race won’t. It’s an endless loop of refreshing, watching an Ad and then again refreshing. Nothing has helped, neither restarting the app nor reinstalling it. Changing from Wi-Fi to mobile data didn’t help either. And on top of all that, the customer service is so bad it makes the app look better., they will reply with the generic, restart the app, restart the device, change your net (as if I’m gonna change the Wi-Fi services because their app can’t do what it is supposed to do). On telling them I have done all the things mentioned already, they will start gaslighting me into thinking the problem is with either my phone or my Wi-Fi. Oh yeah, on the off chance that the F1 race actually does load by some miracle, the PiP can somehow read my mind and won’t work when I want it to work, and will work when I don’t want it to. Like just be consistent, either work everytime or don’t . And please don’t reply to contact you via mail, I already did and you guys were useless. We're always trying to improve. ### 1/5 — Subscription issue *2025-10-11* I’ve purchased the yearly pass for 1,499 but not able to access it , initially I was able to access it on my phone but not laptop so I contacted the support and they suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app and since then I’ve created multiple tickets , tried to sign in with my phone number , email everything nothing is working the customer service is the worst they send same generic replies and when you email they ask the same questions and reply that the team is looking into it but there is no update at all ### 4/5 — Cant go into previous moments in live matches and videos *2025-08-28* When i tap previous (10 secs back) button. I cant watch the previous moments. While watching matches , it gets stuck in the current picture but only commentary is changing into previous. Then it resolves only after reaching the match moment where i tapped the previous button. In short if i want to drag back the match a little bit, i only can exit and take the match again. They sell the F1 season pass for the same price no matter when you buy it-after 1 race, 10 race or even after 20 races. When you ask them, they say you always watch the replays. But the issue is replays are loaded after 2 or 3 hours! And all replays are available even if you have not bought the subscription! So why the H should I buy your lousy subscriptions?? Make plans pro-rated as the season progresses and don’t play the stupid ads while watching the replays for paid users ### 4/5 — Better experience required *2025-04-26* First of all , good job Fancode . I watch cricket , football and motorsports mainly . A big change you did was to club all telecast of MotoGP races ( moto 3 , moto 2 , and MotoGP ) into one viewing option as day 1 , day 2 etc . Pls do the same thing for Formula 1 too grouped by days so that there is no need to search for F3 / F2 races separately . Also your schedule filter for motorsports doesn’t work well . We would love to hear from you! ### 3/5 — Sleek UI But needs to have a single stream per sport *2025-03-01* Hi Team, The UI experience is all very good and even the quality except there are multiple streams for any given sport and it becomes challenging to navigate different streams if you are watching an event live. Like for example MotoGP, there are different classes (Moto2 and Moto3) and different streams for each category for qualifying practice and race which is completely unnecessary and furthermore the app doesn’t update the feed instantaneously when that particular session is finished, it shows live and now streaming but clicking on that stream shows the event has concluded so these quirks need to be ironed out asap it is just ruining the experience totally and frankly quite irritating. **Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback and we have passed it on to our team.
