I hit copy code and then it tells me on the shopping page that I’m unable to use code and when I go back to the fancy fans page it shows that my points have been used. I’ve missed out so far on probably over 10,000 points. This is unacceptable!! I’ve tried to hit contact us and it takes me to a blank email with no fancy bands email address.
