I’ve purchased 40 iPhone bands from you. Was trying to use the app this time. Was not able to register ☹️ I love your products so I kept trying. No luck. I have tried everything possible to clean my bands to no avail which limits my options to dark colored bands only. I hit copy code and then it tells me on the shopping page that I’m unable to use code and when I go back to the fancy fans page it shows that my points have been used. I’ve missed out so far on probably over 10,000 points. This is unacceptable!! I’ve tried to hit contact us and it takes me to a blank email with no fancy bands email address. Until this is fixed, I will not be shopping at fancy bands again, which really upsets me because I’ve been shopping here for years because of the reasonable prices, quality merchandise, and fast shipping!! ### 1/5 — Login *2025-03-31, version 6.1* You make it impossible to login! 😡.
