I enjoy the app a lot. Please tell me the app is being updated to have new items fall into the hole! That would be so awesome. We missed the holiday look maybe we are in for a real treat with a new look I sure hope so! 

Support is better, though still no communication at least issues are addressed. But we should still be acknowledged.

I enjoy the app a lot. A few things I cannot seem to get support for. 

First the app freezes during play. I do not know why. I loose all my advantages and have to earn them back. Please help with this. Also it is way past Halloween. Can you put up the seasonal items now. I was really looking forward to the Thanksgiving and Christmas items. 

Also provide support through the app. It does not do me any good to use the app to send you a message if you do not reply or assist me.

My name is Randy I’m a 61 year old man I’ve been playin this game with my grandson and I was gonna buy some extra coins for my grandson it said $9.99 and it went to my bank and it was trying to charge me $54 
So I tried a different one for $12.99 it tried the same thing trying to to charge me $54 I wanna know why

WTH!? I have deleted this game several times and reinstalled to find the same ole problems! Freezes up almost constantly, and also makes me feel like I’m drunk without having a drink! Ive asked before to please give the win to me BEFORE the add because 90%of the time I wait too long for the add to do nothing so I close the tab and reopen only to not receive my last win! Very aggravating!
