I’ve contacted support and have been running in circles for over an hour and they finally decided to transfer me over to the predict team? Why is your support button for FanDuel predicts leading us to regular FanDuel support. No one knows what’s going on and they just keep disconnecting from the chat. ### 2/5 — Too many reinstalls *2026-06-22, version 1.8.0* I have had to reinstall the app 3 times now to keep it working. ### 1/5 — Deceptive promos and terrible support *2026-06-19, version 1.8.0* I've been a high-volume bettor on the main FanDuel Sportsbook app for a long time, but this app is a massive rip-off. I opted into a promotion requiring a $25 trade and laid out over $25 of my own cash. Because the app secretly deducted a $1.10 exchange fee from my wager, the backend system recorded the bet as $24.75 and completely disqualified me from the promotion. When I reached out to customer service to fix this petty technicality, the agent completely blew me off, hid behind standard automated scripts, and then literally closed the chat and walked away while I was mid-sentence. If you like hidden fee traps that void your promos and support staff that completely ghost you, this is the app for you. I'm taking my entire bankroll over to DraftKings and Fanatics where they actually value regular players. Avoid this trash. ### 1/5 — They don’t pay out on promos they offer *2026-06-19, version 1.8.0* On Friday. 6/12, they had a promo, which was bet $25, get $5 on bonus money for every goal scored in the team USA soccer game. I opted in, and made a $25 bet. 5 goals were scored, and I have still, one week later, not been paid the $25 in bonus funds. I did the online chat twice this week. First time was told it would take up to 72 hours to pay out. I waited for days, and chatted again. I was told it would be paid out, but they needed even more time. I have also reached out via social media, and also emailed today, and am being ignored. ### 1/5 — scammed again *2026-06-13, version 1.7.0* I opted into a promo of 25 bet gets 5 per USA goal. I did the 25 bet but it showed my bet at 24.99. 1 cent short so now i missed out on 20 promo credit. This is 3rd time now promos arent honored or scammed like this ### 1/5 — Misleading advertising *2026-05-30, version 1.6.0* Horrible platform I’m just disgusted after signing up and putting my banking information on there they never credited me the “free $25” which I was trying to put on a +1150 prediction that came true and thus cost me around $300! Other platforms offer much faster withdrawals, while FanDuel can make you wait up to two business days before you can even cash out your money. They promotions are definitely trash, they don’t even have options to refer. This is the worst prediction trading app by far. They’ll be better off just getting rid of it completely. ### 1/5 — Slipping *2026-08-30, version 1.9.0* 5 dollars down on 100 dollar combo After hitting the button it slips to 13 dollars! Way more than what is allowed This was the second time Sorry to say Done with you It is a nice looking app but something is wrong with the last second 90 percent drop I had no control over Well for the second time in a split second, the combo dropped from 100 to a few dollars after it was too late and no warning! They said: Slippage happens when prices move while your order is processing — it can be slightly better or worse depending on market activity. The system limits big changes (over 5%) and will ask you to confirm if the price moves a lot. I contacted them and they kept saying it was normal slippage but it wasn’t If you are screwed twice by someone it’s time to move on I asked them to fix this problem. They said it’s not a problem, just normal. Be careful I can’t trust them anymore Stop sending emails saying: “ would love to hear about how we can get better” I contacted you two times and both you said I was wrong and that slippage can be 90 percent last second drop. No!!! ### 1/5 — Fake advertising *2026-08-27, version 1.9.0* Got an email saying Opt-in to receive this free promotions bonus. So I login to my app and go to the promotions tab. The promotions tab won’t load saying “It’s us, not you. Please try again later.” So I go to customer support who says there is not a promotion bonus in my state at the moment. I sent him a screenshot of the email I received and he said “I don’t know why you got that email, but there is no promotion in your state currently.” So either they sent me an email lying, or their customer service is lying. Either way I would give zero stars if I could due to the amount of time I have wasted dealing with them and leaving this review. I tried but it said I was ineligible and when I talked to customer service I was told to call my gaming commission and ask why income, I was also told when I asked how income, employment and year of trade experience was a requirement . I was told from the customer service representative “ we are privy to that and we don’t make eligibility requirements we just house the application and I never got my question answered and was kinda brushed off !
