I tried talking to a representative and the bot sent me a code for verification, I sent the code and it automatically told me it was unable to verify my identity and it shut the conversation down. I couldn’t even get ahold of a real person. Many systems error whether you are on 5G or WiFi bonuses take forever to get and only get 0.1 percent of your winning you finally get to the round. FanDuel states error always on the customer no accountability. I am going back to draft kings or Bally casino better rewards and no error messages and smooth game play. I will also be starting a class action suit against FanDuel and there developers!!! You’ll get nothing accomplished in your 10-15 minute chats with and agent and then the agents will close your chats forcing you to open a new one and go through the same thing again. Tried 3 times to get help getting logged in when the app told me I needed to contact support. The chatbot sent me a code to my email and told me to copy and paste it. Opened email, copied, pasted, and got told I was unable to be verified and the chat ended. No human oversight. No way to get in.
