店で買った時のレシートのバーコードがいつも読み込めなくてかなりストレスです。大好きなお店で可愛くてお気に入りアプリだからそれが残念。。

レシートの二次元コードを全く読み取らない。ポイントを貯める仕組みが機能しないのは致命的だと思う。購入後のレシート読み取り式ではなく、購入時にアプリ提示でポイント付与形式の方が良かった。

マカロンと人形焼き（？）は原宿店限定、ドリンクは原宿店か池袋店限定

クリアカード、店舗によって必要ポイントが異なるのは何故なのでしょうか？
ドリンクやフードが交換できる店舗が限られていることについては、その店舗限定で販売しているからなのかな、と理解できます。でも同じクリアカードなのに必要ポイントが店舗で異なるのはどうなのかな…と感じました。

ドリンクやフードのチケットよりは、会計金額から割引できるクーポンが良かったです。
fanfancy+の商品はどれも可愛くてこれから頻繁に購入しそうなので、いつか割引クーポンが追加されることを願ってポイントを貯めておこうと思います。
