But when I received my kooleen merch t shirt it had a very pungent order to it that took three washes to get rid of. Don’t know if it was a one time thing or something, but I was pretty disappointed when I got her merch :( ### 3/5 — Eh…risky *2022-02-19, version 4.6* The mystery shirts are good quality, but be prepared to get 4 of the exact same shirt, I did! So I clicked on the link in her bio and it took me to her collection in Fanjoy. She had lots of cute stuff, like a red multi sticker sweater and a cool yellow and red phone case... so then I just decided to download the Fanjoy app. Once the app downloaded I immediately went to Avanis collection. Mind you the layout of the app was much different then the link I clicked on In her bio, which was confusing, but ya know whatever. When I got to her collection only a few items were there... the red multi sticker sweater I wanted wasn’t on there, as well as the red and yellow phone case, along with some other items. They weren’t sold out bc there are other products that actually say sold out, the items were just gone. I went back to her TikTok bio, clicked on the original merch link, it again took me to her collection, and everything I originally wanted was there, I could even put the things I wanted into the cart... but those things, like I said, don’t show up on the app. I went back to the app to try again and on the home page I saw one of the shirts from Avanis collection that was originally missing from her merch. I tried to click on it over and over but nothing happened. I then went over and clicked on the actual Avani collection in the app again, and the shirt wasn’t there. Took over a month to deliver on previous items,overall awful experience never shopping here again. ### 1/5 — Awful customer service *2019-12-08* I ordered four items. Three were shipped together and I was sent tracking information on it but after over a week of not hearing about the fourth item, I wrote in asking for an update. I got a reply that said it had been delivered, listed tracking and ended with “ Please check with your local post office or your neighbors regarding this.” When I wrote back that it was kind of messed up to basically say it’s my problem to find the package and wash their hands of the problem, their reply was “ I apologize if you feel that way, Morgan. There might be a glitch on our system causing you to not receive the item.” These are cut and pasted from the emails they sent. Packages are stolen all the time, so I am always monitoring tracking on orders to prevent having to deal with things that aren’t delivered. Luckily I found the package, but what if it had been stolen days earlier because I had no idea to expect it? Here It is 4 days later and they have not responded to my numerous emails and messaged on Instagram. So frustrated. I decided to surprise my husband with the mint hoodies through Fanjoy but I didn’t want to buy them at full price since there’s an after pay option. I tried using this when purchasing them but accidentally paid full price so I reached out to their customer service team. Not only did they respond quickly to every email I sent out, but they helped me through the process of finding how to choose the after pay option, and immediately cancelled my previous order so the refund was instant. I’ve never had such great service with any company and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re wanting to use after pay (the option that allows you to make installment payments instead of paying it all at one time) then please remember to use safari, and not google chrome and also not the app because it won’t give you the option on those browsers.
