Blackout screen with audio shortly after the event started. Support was no help. Apologized for the “brief” technical difficulties and let me know I could rewatch the event. It wasn’t brief, and nobody cares if it can be watched later. Sporting events lose a large part of the experience once the outcome is known and the guests go home. ***Update- Apple App Store made it right. As the main even started the screen went black, sound was there but no visual. So it wasn’t my WiFi as I even tried the app through desktop and mobile device to find the same issue. I missed more that half the main event yet still had to pay the full amount……reached out to tech support and they said I can watch it on replay…..poor customer service and poor service.
