للاسف انه تم عمل صيانة وعاد الخلل مرة اخرى ولم يقم الدعم الفني بمساعدتي واضطررت لدفع مبلغ كبير من اجل اصلاح اخطاء الفني ولن اتعامل مع هذا التطبيق مرة اخرى شي محبط اللي صار تجاهل العملاءوعدم تقديم اي دعم

My fridge was not cooling I used the app
First tech said there were a gas leak and he damaged the compressor 
Then I made a complain and they sent another technician how fixed the compressor and said you have one month guarantee 
In two weeks the fridge got damaged again and the app refused to repair due to not paying through online 
I don’t recommend honestly 
There is no excuse for not giving grantees on cash payment 
As if I repaired it for free!!!

Their employees lack basic training, they broke my sport bike while adjusting it, and when I reached out to customer services they refused to send someone else to fix it due to the guarantee policy which does not make sense they broke my bike!!
