Then those of us that went had a 2.25 hour rain/lightning delay got 0 updates and they don’t provide any way I could find to reach out to them for feedback/assistance. Yes. The Bananas staff can accept tickets, transfer tickets, ostensibly delete or otherwise act entirely as you, and you have zero visibility or control. You don’t even get a notification. This platform has a very high abuse potential and is very risky.
