This sucks! ### 2/5 — Worst App Ever to Set Up *2026-03-19* I have never had as much trouble to get into an app as this one. It does not use autofill to fill in fields. If you try to use strong password from Apple, it fills in the first password field and changes its color so you can’t see what it is to fill in the confirmation. Same if you type in the first password manually, you can’t enter the confirmation. I installed and deleted the app multiple times. I could go on and on, but I need to get my blood pressure back down. I wouldn’t use the app if I didn’t have to! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-03-19* Making me register a new account. Okay. Put in a matching password, says passwords don’t match. I can enter something in the confirm password field, but nothing in the password field. The amount of glitches is terrible. Often times it shows the same exact seat regardless of section and row selected. ### 1/5 — Can’t setup account *2026-03-07, version 1.0.1* Tried setting up an account but the app never sends a code to my phone for final verification so setup is incomplete. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unable to enter Canadian address at checkout. *2026-09-09* App is pointless in Canada. You can save all your info / address, but it still makes you enter at check out but US is the only option. And don’t try to make one up as my account is now locked. lol ### 1/5 — Bad App Bad Management *2026-07-04* I tried to sell a single ticket when my brother in law couldn’t make it to the game, I was willing to sell at a loss you have 0 control over ticket price so I got nothing it went unsold. Then those of us that went had a 2.25 hour rain/lightning delay got 0 updates and they don’t provide any way I could find to reach out to them for feedback/assistance. Would give negative stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Poor functionality, major security concerns *2026-05-08* What can you say about a ticketing platform that lets the company go in as admins and manipulate a user’s account? Yes. The Bananas staff can accept tickets, transfer tickets, ostensibly delete or otherwise act entirely as you, and you have zero visibility or control. You don’t even get a notification. This platform has a very high abuse potential and is very risky. I will be avoiding it going forward. ### 1/5 — Not User Friendly *2026-05-01* Tried to get tickets and it kept kicking me out. Then it blocked my account and I couldn’t do anything. I delete the account and try to re-signup. And it wouldn’t let me cause it had the same number. It’s easy to use and the only way I would buy tickets to a Bananaball game. The Fans First Crew should be studied on their efforts to make every step of the way easy, while attempting to cut out scalpers. ### 5/5 — Finally a ticket company that doesn’t price gouge *2026-08-13* Yeah the app isn’t super polished but it works and at least they found a way to not price gouge their fans like every other ticketing app. I’d bet all the bad reviews on the App Store are just execs in the ticket mafia trying to get back at banana ball for not playing their game ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-06-17, version 1.0.8* This app is amazing ### 5/5 — Works great! *2026-05-07* Just started using this app in May, but so far seems to work great. I bought some tickets on the marketplace and loaded them into my Apple wallet. Thanks FF for looking so hard to get the marketplace up and running! ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2026-05-06* Not sure what the other reviews are about but first time using the app and the fans first marketplace via the app. I will say the marketplace is amazing to score some last-minute tickets we were able to get tickets for the banana game in Atlanta this weekend which will be our first game that my kids are gonna get to go to and are super excited.
