Terrible experience ### 1/5 — Video ad nightmare *2026-02-15, version 5.6.4* I like the articles in the app, but will be deleting it never to return.. you click on an article you want to read and get partway through and get stuck in a video ad loop, click the X to close it and it just clicks the ad, no way to finish the article.. happens over and over article after article.. bye FanSided ### 1/5 — Buggy and annoying *2026-01-05, version 5.6.2* Glitches and pop up videos non stop ### 1/5 — Ads glitchy *2025-09-03* The ads that have been popping up for a few months actually prevent you from reading the articles. The ad takes over the whole screen (like Norton “scanning” for viruses) you have to click on the ad after it’s run its course, close out of the website it takes you to, and the ad starts all over again “scanning” for viruses. Can’t ever read the article. I know they need ad revenue but it’s pointless if you can never read anything. ### 1/5 — From bearable to unbearable, too many pop-up take-over ads *2025-08-29, version 5.5.9* Used to be able to tolerate the occasional mid-content or even rare take-over ad, but recently can’t get through any articles without constant ads and spammy ones that make it all but useless experience. ### 1/5 — Ads killed user experience *2024-08-06, version 5.5.9* Deleted for the exact same reason as described by tknolan3 on July 22. What’s worse is that after dismissing the pop up, it returns within seconds. Over and over again. There is no rhyme or reason to the ads appearance or disappearance. What a shame. ### 1/5 — Notifications haven’t worked in years *2022-05-27* So tried to use this for years cause it is the only way to read Arrowhead Addict outside of a crappy mobile web page, but notifications broke years ago and support responded back when asked if they could be fixed “not something we are working on or will be”… but they can enhance the useless video player and make video ads pop up over everything. Anyone know of a replacement or alternative to this app that gets the local sportswriters and not Yahoo Sports or ESPN stuff which I find tired and overworked??? ### 1/5 — Anti American Garbage *2022-03-02, version 5.5.9* This site is constantly crashing and rarely has an article worth reading. If you aren’t a fan of a tip top club you will never get anything written about your squad. The writers are very poor and when they do fumble together sentences, it usually consists of anti American garbage which is so bad is comical.
