Servers are always full even if it’s the server your account was created on, then you load another server and lose all your progress and can’t carry it over. Your development team is horrible. A 10 year old child could do a better job than your team of developers. You really need to put more effort in your game. Anyone looking to play this game please stay away until they get serious about putting out a good product. ### 1/5 — Got refund they banned account *2023-10-29, version 1.2.1* My son who is handicap and has a learning disabilities and a minor purchase 99.99 without my permission. App Store refund the amount. Know the game banned his account and don’t care the reason and want the money. I try to see if the can unlock the account they said no. Only way they unlock my son account to pay $99.99 to another account. Apple Store has rules and laws for refund. I was told that they never give refund. Going to report this app to the Apple Store to red flag this for this not to happen again to any customers. They don’t care if a minor did the purchase without parents permission. They only care about money. Bad customer service. I was told to make a payment of $99.99 to another account for them unlock my son account.
